How you can Instruct us
Please send the following to this office:-
• A completed Debt Instruction Form
• The letter before action fee of £20.00 plus VAT for each letter before action you want us to send (cheques payable to “Crossmans”)
• Copies of the outstanding invoices or a statement showing the invoices that are outstanding, ensuring that these:
- total the correct amount due to you from each debtor
- provide each debtor’s full name
- provide each debtor’s correct address
Also, due to Money Laundering Regulations that have been introduced by the Government, as solicitors, we now need to have proof of identity for all new and existing clients. For further information as regards these Regulations please see our Money Laundering Information Section.
