Recovery – Fees and Charges
Please note that with the exception of the letter before action fee, the fees being charged by Crossmans at each stage are the amounts which are fixed by the Civil Procedure Rules. Although we invoice you these charges in the first instance, these are recoverable from the debtor on eventual payment.
