We aim to take the strain out of legal matters working to your pace and around your schedule. If you think first class then the Limited Edition service is for you. Crossmans MTA Limited Edition offers an individual service that focuses on you and on putting your affairs in order smoothly and easily. The service is proactive, effective, and most importantly, leaves you with less stress and more time to do the things you enjoy. When you use Crossmans MTA Limited Edition you get a service tailored exclusively to your needs and the full attention of a team of highly experienced solicitors. For busy people it’s a necessity, not just a luxury.
The fee includes the following key parts of this unique service:
- A guarantee that partner, and head of the conveyancing team, Claire Nunes will dedicate her full and personal attention to your matters
- Full access to Claire Nunes via a direct phone line and email
- Property files reviewed daily with updates by phone or email as frequently as suits you
- All searches, including environmental search and environmental risk insurance on the property being purchased
- A comprehensive change of address service. Utility suppliers, banks, gyms, the DVLA, alumni associations, local councils, store and loyalty card issuers, professional bodies, mail order companies and many others will be notified of your new details
- A review of your inheritance tax position
by senior partner Louis Browne. Drafting
bespoke tax efficient will, or a free review
of a current will - An enduring power of attorney that will give
a designated person the legal ability to look
after your affairs if necessary, thereby ensuring
peace of mine - When it comes to signing up, if you are unable to visit our office we’ll find a way to come to you wherever possible.
Fees and Charges:
The fees for our Limited Edition service are 0.75% of a single sale or purchase or 0.6% of the combined prices for a buying and selling transaction. (plus VAT)
The cost includes:
- Tax planning (normally charged at £750.00 plus VAT)
- Enduring Power of Attorney (normally charged at £125.00)
- Local search and the environmental search (normally over £1000.00)
There is a minimum fee of £4,500.00.
Crossmans MTA Limited Edition provides an individual service for individual clients. Fee available on request.

Louis Browne (Partner)
Louis Browne, also a founding
partner of Crossmans MTA, qualified
as a solicitor in 1979. He
became a specialist in wills,
trusts and related tax matters
over 20 years ago. Louis’
understanding manner in these sensitive fields has
gained him great respect over the years. He is a
member of The Society of Trusts and Estate
Practitioners, and says, “A suitably drafted will
not only protects your family but can save over £100,000 in inheritance
tax.”
