Debt RecoveryWe charge £25.00 per 7-day letter. If we get 5 or more in one go there is no charge for the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th letters. To issue proceedings and apply for judgment incurs further fixed costs which vary according to the size of the debt. |

Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

- Cheque payable to Crossmans
- Credit cards: American Express, Delta, Fortoak, Mastercard, JCB, Solo, Switch, Visa
Fees are payable within seven days of delivery of the bill. Interest will be charged at 4% over base rate from time to time from the date of delivery of an account in cases where payment is not made within 30 days of such delivery.
Our fees are payable when our bills are rendered with payment by cash, credit card or cheque. We also offer a Premium Credit facility to fund at a low interest rate fees and disbursements. A written quotation will be given on request.
Credit Facilities
Premium Credit is a cost effective way of paying for your legal services in instalments. Premium Credit is a company which offers credit to enable you to spread the cost of your legal fees. The beauty of the scheme is that the credit is very cheap, and it can help you with your cash flow. The scheme is flexible and there are no penalties to clear the debt early.
